VRF system for a residential tower
Design and installation of a heat-recovery VRF air-conditioning system for all apartments, with controlled mechanical ventilation in the common areas.
VRF was chosen for its flexibility and energy efficiency in a multi-unit building. Each apartment has independent temperature control, while heat recovery allows simultaneous heating and cooling in different zones.
